Degree Learning Outcomes

Graduates from the MEd program will be able to:

  • Describe the development of educational theories and practices around the world;
  • Demonstrate conceptual and theoretical principles and practices as intervention alternatives for educational development;
  • Analyze education situations using conceptual and empirical evidences on input, process and outcomes;
  • Apply philosophical, sociological and psychological concepts and theories of education to support arguments for educational development;
  • Plan, manage and monitor educational institutions and education program in different settings;
  • Critically analyze educational problems and strategically propose policy options based on both theories and practices;
  • Conduct educational research to monitor and improve practices at classroom level and beyond;
  • Build character and moral performances to work professionally, creatively and collaboratively.
